Water Volume Formula

Rectangular Pool/Tank: Volume = Length × Width × Depth
Daily Intake: Daily Water (oz) = Body Weight (lbs) × 0.67 + extra for exercise

Example

Intake: 150 lbs → 150 × 0.67 = 100.5 oz daily
